Krusade is a clean-protein-bar brand preparing to launch. Right now the Site’s only function is to let you join our list for launch updates, early access, and founding-member perks. No products are sold through the Site yet.

You must be the age of majority in your province or territory of residence to join the list or provide a phone number.

When you sign up you agree to provide accurate information and confirm that you own the email address (and phone number, if provided). You consent to receive commercial electronic messages from Krusade as described below and in our Privacy Policy.

By submitting the form you give express consent to receive emails from Krusade about our launch and offers. If you opt in to texts, you also consent to recurring automated marketing SMS; message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help at any time. You can withdraw consent at any time as described in the Privacy Policy, and Krusade is identified as the sender in every message.

The Krusade name, logo, wordmark, text, graphics, and all other content on the Site are owned by Krusade and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, submitting another person’s information without authorization, using bots or automated means to submit the form, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system or data.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular launch date, product availability, pricing, or that any perk or early-access offer will be available. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Site or the list at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krusade will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the list. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
